EDUCATION (not like brutal Chinese schools only teaching mathematics, but Western Education) to make the smart people useful, and the stupid people not such a hindrance.

A well educated society is much more unlikely to get enslaved, to be victim to disease, to be intolerant of different religion, to be unsuccessful in the rigors of commerce, or to be intolerant to other races.

I’m not saying it’s perfect, but that a perfect society is kind of impossible.

But of course, you can’t have a well-educated society without Freedom. So get educated while you have freedom, that you may preserve your freedom!
